Intervention
sat down today in a circle, not knowing what to expect.
I’d never participated in an intervention. I only met him this year but he’s become a pretty good friend of mine and I was worried.
The intervention was very standard, yet it was also a very eye opening experience for me. This guy was losing touch of his life, but there were all these people who were willing to sit down with him, as worried if not more worried than I was. We all came together to help him change for the better and I hope that it really got to him because I don’t want to see him continue down that road.
It really goes to show that we are not islands. We all have people that worry about us and want nothing else but to see us happy and on the right track.
